CREAMY CHICKEN FETTUCCINE

Ingredients:

1 to 1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breast

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/8 tsp. pepper

1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup, undiluted

1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom undiluted (cream of celery may be substituted)

4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced black olives

1 pkg. (16 oz.) fettuccine or spaghetti noodles

Instructions:

Place chicken in crock pot.  Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder and pepper.  Top with soups.  Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Stir in cheese and olives.  Cover and cook until cheese is melted.  Cook fettuccine as directed on box.  Drain and serve with chicken and sauce.  Great to enjoy with breadsticks, too.
