7-8 months Cereal 2-4 Tablespoons
  Bread 1/2 slice, plain or toasted
  Crackers  
  Cheerios  
  Fruit 2-3 Tablespoons, once or twice a day
  Vegetables 2-3 Tablespoons, once or twice a day
  Meat** 2-3 Tablespoons, once or twice a day
  Egg yolk (NO WHITES) 1 yolk, once a day
  Offer juice or water in a cup  
     
8-12 months Cheese 1/2 ounce
  Yogurt 1/4 - 1/2 cup
  Cottage Cheese 1/4 - 1/2 cup
  Cereal 1/4 - 1/2 cup
  Bread or crackers  
  Fruit 1/4 - 1/2 cup
  Vegetables 3-4 Tablespoons, two or three times a day
  Meat** 2-4 Tablespoons, two or three times a day
  Cooked dried beans  
  Egg Yolk (NO WHITES)  

** Chicken, beef or pork.

Ask your Dr. about whole milk near 1 year.
